Ingredients
1 kg (2lbs) chicken wings
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
⅓ cup butter, melted
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
garnish - italian parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 180c/350f. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Using a small bowl, dredge wings with flour, salt and pepper. Place on baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken cooked through.
While wings are cooking, place a small saucepan over low heat and melt butter. Gently cook garlic for 2-3 minutes then add cayenne and paprika. Turn off heat.
When the wings have finished cooking in the oven place into a large bowl. Add sauce then toss wings until well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
