Mumma Molly’s Rum Balls
No Christmas is complete without my Mum’s Rum Balls. I'm not a fan of Sultanas however the rest of my family are. I promise they will go quick!
10 weet-bix (Aussie wholegrain wheat cereal)
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 can (400g/14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3-4 tbsp white rum
1/3-1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Mix together well in a bowl or food processor.
If using the raisins, you can add them in the food processor or mix in after to keep their shape.
Cover and place in the fridge for ½ hour.
Shape into balls and roll in coconut or cocoa powder.
This can also be made in a slice container. It saves time and just as delicious.
