What Are The Sizes of The Brownies?
Our brownies are available in 5 options:
- Brownie Bites 24-pack (4 cm x 4 cm)
A bite-sized take on our classic fudgy brownies. Each bite is filled with silky ganache, coated in tempered Belgian chocolate, and finished with a touch of luxury. Perfect for grazing tables, parties, or when you just want a little something sweet. - 3-Pack (8 cm x 8 cm each)
Perfect for sampling or gifting, this set includes three of our generous brownies. You’re free to choose from all our flavours to build your pack. - 6-Pack (8 cm x 8 cm each)
Ideal for sharing or indulging, this set offers six of our brownies, fully customisable to your taste. - Half Slab (25 cm x 8 cm)
Can’t quite commit to a full slab? Our half slab gives you the same rich indulgence in a more manageable size. Great for smaller gatherings, thoughtful gifts, or a treat just for you. - Slab (25 cm x 17 cm)
For those who can’t get enough, our brownie slab provides a generous portion that can be sliced and enjoyed as you like. Perfect for parties, events, or just because!
Can I Choose a Delivery Date?
You choose your dispatch date — that’s when your brownies leave our kitchen. Delivery times depend on Australia Post, so while we can’t guarantee the exact arrival date, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
We ship all orders via Australia Post Express from Perth. Delivery usually takes:
1–3 business days for metro areas
2–4 business days for most regional locations
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on Australia Post.

Processing & Dispatch
Every order is handmade to order. Processing takes 1–4 business days, depending on volume. During peak times (Easter, Christmas, etc.), processing may take a little longer.
To ensure freshness, we bake and dispatch early in the week:
East coast orders and orders marked ‘ASAP’ (without a requested dispatch date) are usually dispatched Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Orders placed after 4:30 pm Tuesday will ship the following week.
Rural orders (3+ business days transit) are dispatched only on Monday and Tuesday.
Delivery Information
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. While we can guarantee your dispatch date, delivery dates are outside our control.
Please allow 1–4 business days for express delivery once shipped. If no one is available at the address, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place. For sensitive addresses, we recommend using a parcel locker for peace of mind.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control — but your brownies will still arrive wrapped for freshness.
Will My Brownies Still Be Fresh And Fudgy Through Postage?
Absolutely. Every batch is baked fresh, cooled, decorated, and sealed airtight to stay soft and fudgy on arrival.
We’ve shipped as far as the UK and USA (even after 2–5 weeks they were still delicious!).
We dispatch early in the week to avoid delays, and Express Post gets most Aussie orders delivered within 1–3 business days. Once received, store in an airtight container in the fridge — they’ll stay fresh for up to three weeks.
How Long Do The Brownies Last?
All our brownies are shelf-stable, but they stay at their best when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
Best enjoyed within 5 days of delivery.
Last up to 12 days when refrigerated.
Freeze for up to 2 months if you want to save them for later.
Each brownie arrives cling-wrapped for freshness. Keep them wrapped until you’re ready to dive in, then transfer any leftovers to an airtight container in the fridge.
Because our brownies contain no artificial preservatives, some toppings may naturally dry or change colour over time. Don’t worry — the flavour will still be indulgent as long as they’re wrapped tightly.
When you’re ready to enjoy, you can eat them cold, bring them to room temperature, or warm them in the microwave for about 10 seconds for that gooey, fresh-from-the-oven experience.
How Do You Eat / Serve Molly Brownies?
Our brownies are delicious at any temperature! Here are some of our favourite serving suggestions:
- Enjoy Warm: Heat them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make the chocolate gooey and irresistible.
- Chilled from the Fridge: For a fudgy, dense texture, pop them in the fridge and enjoy them chilled.
- Straight from the Freezer: Believe it or not, our brownies are fantastic frozen! The rich chocolate flavour intensifies, making it a perfect treat on a hot day.
- Pair with Ice Cream: Serve with a scoop of your favourite ice cream for a decadent dessert.
- Top with Extras: Add whipped cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Create a Brownie Sundae: Layer with ice cream, hot fudge, and nuts for a fun sundae twist.
Do You Have Any Gluten-Free Options?
Yes! All our ranges are available in gluten-free! We offer 6-Packs and Slabs, and each batch is made specially to order.
Please note that all our brownies are made in a kitchen that handles gluten-containing ingredients. While we do our best to ensure they are made separately, in a clean k cross-contamination is possible.
We have had customers with coeliac disease or those highly sensitive to gluten order from us and enjoyed our brownies; they have done so at their own risk.

Are your Brownies Halal?
While we’re not officially Halal-certified, we use Halal-friendly ingredients wherever possible and handle every order with care in our kitchen.
Our brownies don’t contain gelatine, pork, or alcohol-based ingredients — except our blondie, which includes vanilla bean paste made with alcohol.
If you prefer, we can make your blondie with an alcohol-free vanilla — just add a note at checkout and we’ll take care of it.
Our sprinkles may not all be halal, so use the chat bot or get in touch if you have questions.
Are There Any Allergens In The Brownies?
Our brownies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy. While we take every precaution to minimize cross-contamination (e.g., preparing special orders first, thorough cleaning, regular glove changes, and using separate ingredients), all products may contain traces of these allergens.

Do You Ship To Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we do! We understand home deliveries can be tricky, or you may prefer the security of a post office box. While we recommend using a physical address to ensure your brownies arrive fresh and in perfect condition, we’re happy to ship to a post office box if you can collect it promptly. However, please note we won’t be held liable for any reduction in quality if there’s a delay in pickup.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately we don’t, yet! We currently offer EXPRESS delivery around Australia.
