Ingredients
Our brownies are made with grass-fed butter, premium Belgian chocolate, quality eggs, flour, sugar, and flavour-specific inclusions (e.g. Biscoff, nuts, fruit preserves).
Icons are made with premium Belgian white chocolate and may be tinted with oil-based food colour.
No artificial preservatives. No nasties.
Halal: Our brownies contain no gelatine, pork, or alcohol — except our Blondie, which uses vanilla bean paste made with alcohol. Alcohol-free vanilla extract may be requested.
Not all of our sprinkles are Halal certified. Choose the no-sprinkles option, or contact if you’d like to check a specific type.
Prepared and baked separately to avoid cross-contamination as much as possible.
We take every precaution to reduce cross-contamination (separate ingredients, strict cleaning, and careful prep), but traces may still be present.
Shelf Life & Storage
Once your order arrives, store it in an airtight container, in the fridge ideally.
Room temp: Up to 12 days
Refrigerated (Recommended): Up to 4 Weeks
Frozen: Up to 3 months
To serve: Enjoy cold, at room temp, or warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for melty, gooey perfection. Also incredible straight from the freezer on a hot day!

I’ve always enjoyed brownies, however Miss Mollys brownies take it all to the next two levels. They are amazing well crafted, are super delicious and too good to share. The only problem with Mollys brownies is that they’re addictive so take that as you will

I was lucky enough to score the pictured 6 pack of Halloween brownies as part of a pre-order round. You may be asking "Do I want to spend $50 on brownies?" - the answer is absolutely "YES!" The box and brownies arrived perfectly within days, without a crumb out of place and the decorations were gorgeous. We got one of each flavour, including the October flavour of the month (Almond croissant blondie) which was my partners favourite. My favourite was the white chocolate blondie but they were all delicious and fudgy with just the right amount of sweetness. The website mentions the use of Belgian chocolate, and you really can taste the quality - it is so, so creamy! Almost like one of those really high quality hot chocolates that cost a fortune in the store. The brownies didn't last long in my house, and to my dismay my partner ate the last little bit left, so I had to resort to pouring crumbs into my mouth directly from the packing paper. I've since placed another order for a custom birthday slab in the almond croissant blondie flavour. I can't wait! I have my fingers crossed for a raspberry, lemon or PB & J flavour of the month soon (hint hint)
